Jadwal keberangkatan Kapal pulau macan jam berapa?
Keberangkatan kapal pulau macan pukul 08:00 pagi. keberangkatan kapal di lakukan 1x dalam sehari setiap harinya. dengan menggunakan Kapal speedboat dari dermaga 16 atau 17 marina Jaya Ancol.
Untuk kenyamanan dan tidak tertinggal keberangkatan di wajibkan untuk datang 30 menit – 60 menit sebelum pemanggilan nama penumpang dengan tujuan pulau macan di panggil.
Bagaimana keamanan Perjalanan kapal pulau macan dengan regulasinya?
Pemberangkatan kapal wisata di marina Jaya Ancol diawasi oleh Syahbandari Marina, KPLP dan pihak terkaitnya. Apabila cuaca tidak bersahabat/ ditemukan pelanggaran muatan, maka pihak berwewenang berhak membatalkan keberangkatan dan akan di Reschedule dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
Bagaimana cara memesan Paket Wisata Pulau Macan?
Informasikan kepada kami melalui Whatsapp mengenai tanggal liburan anda dan jumlah pax. Kami akan mengecek ketersedian room dan menginformasikan kembali harga paket. Bila sudah disetujui, sentratour akan memberikan invoice kepada anda melalui WhatsApp / email untuk melakukan pembayaran.
berapa lama perjalanan dengan kapal speedboat pulau macan regular?
Perjalanan dari dermaga marina Jaya ancol ke pulau macan membutuhkan waktu 90 – 120 menit menggunakan kapal regular yang akan berhenti di 1 – 3 pulau lainnya untuk menurunkan penumpang.
Bisakah kami berangkat diluar dari jadwal kapal regular pulau macan?
Bisa, Anda harus menyewa kapal sendiri (private charter boat). Dengan menggunakan private charter boat anda bebas menentukan waktu keberangkatan tanpa bercampur dengan tamu lain. Kapasitas kapal dipilih sesuai penumpang.
Apakah Aman Transfer Pembelian Paket Wisata Pulau Macan?
Aman, Karena Anda bertransaksi dengan usaha kami yang sudah Badan hukum PT Sentra Prima Bisnisindo, dengan legalitas wisata terdaftar resmi.
Pembayaran harus dan wajib melalui rekening PT Sentra Prima Bisnisindo (Dilarang transfer ke per seorangan). Pembayaran hanya dilakukan dengan Bank Mandiri atau Bank BCA terdaftar atas nama PT Sentra Prima Bisnisindo.
Setelah kami terima Invoice kapan kami dapatkan Tiket / Voucher pulau macan?
Setelah pembayaran ke rekening perusahaan Sentra Tour telah berhasil dilakukan (disertai bukti transfer), Kami segera proses administrasi dan menerbitkan Kwitansi dan Voucher wisata.
Terms of Booking Confirmation and Payment
- Reservation is valid only if the FULL payment has been done within the due date written in invoice and we have confirmed receipt of the funds.
- If we don’t receive the proof of transfer or payment after the due date, your booking willbe automatically deleted in our reservation system and the room can be booked by another guest
- Payment methods are bank transfer from Indonesian local bank transfer to our account in Bank Central Asia (BCA) or Bank Mandiri company name PT. Sentra Prima Bisnisindo. Do not transfer the payment from overseas or with the International transfer. Please let us know if you don’t have any Indonesian
local bank account and we will inform you to use another method for real time transfer - Please do write your invoice number while transferring and also send copy of payment receipt via email or Whatsapp (WA) to allow us to trace your payment.
- All Administrative costs in process of transfer payments are not covered by Sentra Tour (PT Sentra Prima Bisnisindo) and amount received by Sentra Tour must match the number on the invoice.
- If there is a difference in the invoice price with the price list, the price in the price list. Is the one that applied Except for a discount, hihg season surcharge, etc according to information in the email or Whatsapp (WA)
- Guests who make a payment concider as agreed to the terms and conditions that have.
Rescedule Policy
- Reschedule Should be Informed by Email / WA on:
oMonday – Friday
o10.00 AM – 05.00 PM (WIB, GMT +7)
oPublic Holiday, Saturday, Sunday : Closed
o If we receive the information after 05.00 PM, on Public Holiday, Saturday, or on
Sunday it will be proceeded on the next working day. - Reschedule can only requested one time and after that the trip can not be cancelled
- Reschedule will be prioritized to be in the same room but it depend on the availability on the new dates
- If the reservation is reschedule to a different room type that is cheaper, the balance of its price is non refundable. But if it is more expensive, the balance should be paid in order to confirm your reschedule.
- Reschedule notice more than 14 days before departure, reschedule fee IDR 100.000/person/night
- Reschedule notice less 14 days before departure, reschedule fee IDR 200.000/person/night.
- Reschedule notice less than 7 days before departure, reschedule fee 50% from your total package.
- Reschedule notice 1 day before departure or on the day of departure is not acceptable and the whole amount of your package is non refundable
- For High Season Rate, Promo Package, and Spesial Rate, reschedule is not acceptable and trip cancellation is non refundable if the payment has been made.
Please Note
- All guests should send ID (KTP/pasport/KITAS) at the latest 2 days before departure date.
- Guests have to bring cash to buy food, drinks, or other services that are not included in the package, just in case the EDC machine is not working or the signal is error during your stay at the island.
- Help us conserve energy by not using high wattage electrical appliances (haidryer, electrical kettle, etc).
- The Boat we use is a regular speedboat from Sealeader Marine that departs from Marina Ancol Pier 16 that will stop on several islands to drop another guests before arriving at Pulau Macan (It is also applied on the way back from Pulau Macan to Marina Ancol) .
- Ancol entrance tickets can be purchased in advance on Ancol website www.ancol.com with guest ID (KTP/Pasport) as stated on Taman Impian Jaya Ancol regulation.
- Any issues of purchasing Ancol entrance tickets, during the security checking at the Ancol entrance gate and on the boat ride are not Pulau Macan responsibility.
- Pulau Macan does not have authorityto arrange the boat’s departure, but the boat schedule is to departr at 08.00 AM.
- Guests who are late will be left and considered last minute cancel so they can not ask for a refund or reschedule (according to cancellation policy)
- Public Sexual conducts, ilegal drugs, gambling activity, firearms, weapons, and any other activities that are violated the law are Strictly Prohibited on both of our islands (Pulau Macan Kecil & Pulau Macan Gundul)
- Starting 01 April 2021, Pulau Macan will not be selling liquor and wine anymore There will be a corkagr fee of IDR 100.000/bottle for guests who bring liquor and wine.

many of our team members have completed first aid training, guests are advised to bring their own medication and remedies and look out for their own safety while on the island. Pulau Macan Eco Lodge is not responsible for any accidents or sickness during your stay at the resort - All Guests must understand that water activity of any nature can be a dangerous activity. Whilst
all efforts are made to safeguard our guests from such dangers, accidents and injuries can happen. By agreeing to go to Pulau Macan Eco Lodge, you are acknowledged that you are personally responsible for your own safety. - Eachguests assumes full responsibility and agrees to pay for (i) any damage caused by him/herto any room or other property of the resort (ii) any items found to be missing from his/her room and (iii) any costs of cleaning a room that are beyond the customary cleaning required
- Anu illegal actions that are violated by the law will be processed legally and Pulau Macan Eco Lodge will not be held responsible
- Threatering behaviour towards any staff or other guests on site is not tolerated. Any behaviour of this sort will result in being asked to leave the island

Cancellation Policy

day. - Cancellation for the trip or reduction of participant more than 14 days before departure, your refund will be deducted with cancellation fee IDR 100.000,
/person/night - Cancellation for the trip or reduction of participant less 14 days of your departure, 50% of your total packageis non refundable
- Cancellation for the trip or reduction of participant less than 7 days before departure, 75% of your package is non refundable.
- Cancellation for the trip or reduction of participant 1 day before departure, or on the departure day, or you don’t show up on the departure day, the whole amount of your package is non refundable and the reservation is can not be rescheduled.
- Due to natural disaster that has to make Pulau Macan management cancel the trip guest can reschedule the trip or will get a full refund
- Note all refund will be deducted with administration fee from the bank if the recipient bank is other than the bank we use
- For High Season Rate, Promo Package,and Special Rate, reschedule is not acceptable and trip cancellation is non refundable if the payment has been made.
By settling the payment, we consider both guests are agreed to the terms and conditions that have been stated Note : Term & Condition Valid to Macan Island & Other Island
